These are the 10 presets I use for all of my interior and exterior shots with Lightroom Desktop and Lightroom Mobile. I developed them over the course of shooting hundreds of homes in South Florida. Countless photos made with these presets have been featured in magazines and newspapers. I find that bright, vibrant photos with a lot of dynamic range work best for most real estate photos.
I typically take 3 shot-bracketed photos and merge them in Lightroom for maximum dynamic range before applying my preset, but this will also work with single exposures. Best results will be had with RAW files.
Each picture will likely need to have a few settings fine tuned such as the exposure and white balance. You can capture the correct white balance in camera and leave it in Lightroom “as shot”, use Lightroom’s auto white balance features, or adjust it yourself. You will also have to make sure your camera and lens are chosen in the Lens Corrections panel in Lightroom.

Just what I needed! I wish they were a little easier to use and access like most preset bundles are on etsy, but that’s ok.
