Copy the folder with the XMP files into your preset directory on your computer:

MAC:
Mac(user)/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Camera Raw/Settings

Windows:
C:Documents and SettingsUserNameApplication DataAdobeCameraRawSettings

Then restart Lightroom – that’s it.
